Strange Normality

What strange times we live in.

The city was quiet, bar the queues for shops.
One way systems about the mall.

Temperature checks, sanitasier and masks for buying a phone.

But nothing for the food hall.

The train is empty yet roads full.

Dentists are closed but not fast food.

The beaches are packed but our hospitals quiet.

How is one more deadly than the other?

Why is economy more precious than lives?

How has this become acceptable?

The normality of our lives
